Return Policy

Our return policy is Exchanges and In Store Credit. We can not offer refunds. If you have your receipt, within 30 days you can bring your purchase back and we can exchange it for something new or we can give you in store credit to use at a later date. We put in store credit on a gift card that never expires. Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns for worn or damaged products. 

Repairs

Accidents happen. We work with a local silversmith who is able to repair and resize. If there is a missing stone, we send these pieces to an artist in New Mexico. Bring your damaged pieces into the store for evaluation.  

Please note: we do not offer repairs on metals other than Silver. Prices and Timeline’s vary based on circumstance.  Please call us or visit us in store with any questions you have.

Our Jewelry is Hypoallergenic

Yes! All of our jewelry is Nickel and Lead free. For the most part, everything we carry is Sterling Silver. However, we also have some copper and mixed metal pieces.
