Our return policy is Exchanges and In Store Credit. We can not offer refunds. If you have your receipt, within 30 days you can bring your purchase back and we can exchange it for something new or we can give you in store credit to use at a later date.
We want to provide customers with pieces that will last a lifetime, but we know that accidents happen! We work with a local silversmith in Fort Collins who is able to resize, reset and resolder your pieces. On occasion we will also take repairs with us to New Mexico to be repaired by the artist themselves. We ask that all repairs be brought to the store to be evaluated.
Please note: we do not offer repairs for metals other than Silver. Prices and timelines vary based on circumstance. Please call us or visit us in store with any questions you have.
Yes! All of our jewelry is Nickel and Lead free. For the most part, everything we carry is Sterling Silver. However, we also have some copper and mixed metal pieces.
